Marc has overseen WVMI & Quality Insights corporate and programmatic communications initiatives since 1998. He has planned, implemented and evaluated national, state and local projects targeted to a broad range of audiences. He has particular interest and expertise in developing campaigns to change consumer behavior related to preventive health issues. His diverse staff is responsible for communications support, corporate training, and currently, oversight of a national home health project aimed at reducing acute care hospitalization rates. Under his leadership, WVMI & Quality Insights communications initiatives have received numerous awards.
Before joining WVMI, Marc was a University instructor of communication arts and worked as a radio broadcaster and reporter. He earned an MA from the W. Page Pitt School of Journalism at Marshall University in Huntington, WV and a BA in Communication Arts from Concord University in Athens, WV
