Les DelPizzo, Chief Operating Officer, Quality Insights of Delaware
Les DelPizzo serves as the Chief 0perating Officer of Quality Insights of Delaware, managing its quality improvement organization contract with the Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services.
Mr. DelPizzo served as the chief executive officer of several behavioral health centers and was a leader in developing public policy before coming to WVMI. As president of provider associations in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, he wrote and delivered white papers and legislative testimony. His advocacy efforts at the county, state, and federal levels helped to change contracts, regulations and laws.
After 24 years in the public sector, Mr. DelPizzo moved to the private sector as vice president of marketing for a leading behavioral health vendor, where he initiated a variety of business partnerships and led in developing and introducing a browser-based clinical product, eCET.
