As chief operating officer of Quality Insights of Pennsylvania, Daniel P. Jones Jr. brings more than 15 years of experience in health care consulting and management.
Before joining WVMI, he managed performance improvement for Catholic Health Initiatives in Denver, Colorado, where he was responsible for quality improvement initiatives for a 75-member national hospital holding company with more than 13,000 employees.
As a manager for a leading professional services firms, Mr. Jones worked with senior level executives to develop and implement operational and clinical quality improvements. In addition, he worked extensively in productivity management, total quality management and financial turnarounds. He also held management positions with Deloitte and Touche LLP of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Franciscan Health System of Aston, Pennsylvania.
He earned a B.S. in health planning and administration from the Pennsylvania State University and an M.S. in business administration from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania.
