Employment Benefits

Employees of WVMI and Quality Insights receive an excellent benefit package that includes health insurance, annual leave, sick leave, holidays, a pension plan and more.

Health Insurance and Dental, Optical, RX Benefits. In addition to the major medical plan, the package includes dental, optical and prescription benefits. Employees are eligible for health insurance on the first day of the month after they start work. Employees pay a monthly contribution based on their plan.

Annual Leave. Regular full-time employees start out earning one day of annual leave per month for a total of 12 days per year.

Sick Leave. Regular full-time employees accrue eight hours of sick leave every month.

Holidays. Regular full-time employees earn eight holidays and two floating holidays each year.

Pension Plan. After one year, employees are eligible for a pension plan. WVMI contributes a percentage of the employee's previous year’s earnings to the plan.
