CEO Named a Senior Scholar

 

John Wiesendanger, CEO of WVMI and Quality Insights, has been named a Senior Scholar in the Department of Health Policy at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA.

 

As a scholar Wiesendanger has the opportunity to participate in a number of the Department’s activities, including supporting research projects, teaching in the Master’s of Public Health program, mentoring students and fellows, and contributing to publications.

The Department of Health Policy’s mission includes conducting research and education programs which will contribute to quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness of health care.  Jefferson Medical College, a part of Thomas Jefferson University, was founded in 1824 and has awarded more than 27,000 medical degrees.
